Tuesday

I hope I can get my computer replaced this week - I don’t like being computerless at home!!  So I’m writing today about yesterday.  I did the "ab sculpt" DVD yesterday.  That was pretty intense!!  I LIKED IT!!  I’ve never felt a burn in my obliques before - sure did yesterday!!  And I know it’s only been three days, but I feel tighter… I dont’ think it’s my imagination!

So far today my diet has been pretty good.  I did have a blood sugar drop around 11:15.  Surprised me…  good thing Randy had some M&Ms and Dave gave me some black licorice drops.  I didn’t pig out tho.  Ate my lunch early because of it.  I feel better now.

I think Dave is making some kind of chicken enchilada dish for supper.  He’s cleaning it up so it’s not as fat, but I’m sure it’s still not clean.  But that’s ok…  :(   he’s leaving tomorrow and I’ll have *sob* 3 weeks to eat whatever I want. *sob-sob*

Tonite is cardio burn again.  I do look forward to the workouts.   Oh, and I’m actually drinking plain ole water today - no diet soda, no crystal light.  YAY!!

    Going hard core huh on the sugar substitutes? no splenda? good for you - coffee and splenda are my downfalls.
    Tell me more about the workouts - how coordinated do you have to be to do them?

    It’s hard to not have my Splenda :( As far as the workouts - I think if you’ve ever done any kind of aerobic tape before (where you have to follow along with a routine) you should be alright. I’m not a dancin’ fool - I like to country dance, the kind with a partner, so I’m not used to shakin my groove thang all over the place. I’m getting it down, some moves I can’t move my hips as fast as them on the DVD! And there is a gal who does the non-advanced version, so I don’t have to jump or slide as wildly as the pros!! The cardio burn is a little low for me. I guess because I’ve been working out harder for a while. I think it’s geared towards beginning cardio. But I’m still doing it because it’s ab concentrated. I’m just also adding my other cardio. The cardio burn is 30 mins. I do feel the workouts, though!!
