Dieting and junk!!
August 6, 2008So I got some wonderful news the other day, my friend Ms Kelly B. is thinking of doing the same show I am going to do, only doing bodybuilding. IM so freakin excited!!! We can endure this together. Im just praying she gets too:) Other than that my workouts are kicking my ass but when I feel low, I think " Someone out there is working just as hard if not harder. They’re not going to give up, why should you" SO i push myself to the limit. Also crappy foods arent bothering me anymore, thanks to my trainer who made a very good point. " Sure its fun to eat pizza for the 15 mins you eat it, but after its gone the fun is over and you have to work longer and harder to get it off. SO as the ladies in the office scarfed down there cinnamon rolls and bagels this morning I happily ate my oatmeal and tuna(gross combo i know) and thought about wat im going for… GET MY PRO CARD BABY!!!!!!! Anyhoo, im out. Let me know what ya think
