Ok, I have a big hiking trip coming up in Mid May. It will be 4 awesome days in Arkansas up in the Ozarks. Problem is, I don’t want it kick my butt from day one. After starting my diet of eating sensibly, I have seen good results but need to kick up the process a bit. So here’s my plan; no Cokes during the week and 2-3 days/wk of walking with full pack. Hopefully, I can drop another 10-15lbs by the trip!
