February 9, 2009ThisĀ is my first week on my 12 week mad gun 4 gains. ive got my stack(whey,creatine,multi v,l-glutamine,bcaa,zma and fish oil) and im on my way! ive took my start pic and took all my weights and measurements so i know whats changed when i next take them. im doin wieghts mon-fri/ cardio sat/ sun off. its sat now and ive finished this weeks gym and im tired i have to say,lookin forward to tommorow off!
