Managing Weight Loss & Diabetes
May 10, 2009I have fought with the fat loss issue all my life, now I’ve been diagnosed as type 2 diabetic and the weight loss issue seems even more important. I eat 5-6 meals a day, I’m not a calorie counter but I’m sure I’m under 2000 calories. I had been in the gym 3-5 times a week but I wasn’t doing any cardio. For the past 3 weeks I’ve been in the gym 6-7 days a week and I added 30 minutes of cardio. I can’t seem to lose any weight, sure the cardio took a few pounds of water weight off but I can’t seem to shed any fat.
I’d really be open to anyones ideas on this as right now with the diabetic thing, I feel more importantly than ever that my health is my number one concern.
