got back into the gym today, was basically aiming to get some weight going, wanted to beat the logbook and did pretty well with those. did upper body today, the chest and shoulder lifts were lighter, but pretty hard. still got up some good numbers on the smith presses for chest, tris and shoulders. finished off with some rack chins with a 25 lb plate to get the lats going and then did some deads. was planning to do only 350, but felt good and went with 365, got 5 reps. did a higher rep set of deadlifts and got 315 for 9. pretty happy with this. pretty pumped from the workout. that’s all for now, gonna do some fasted cardio tomorrow to burn off some fat.
