yesterday’s upper body workout
pretty good weights yesterday. beat all the numbers. working hard on really emphasizing the negative and a slower rep speed so that i can hit the muscles a little more effectively. tweaked my middle left ab yesterday during one arm rows for back. don’t know how it happened, didn’t do anything a lot different than the other times and only beat my last effort by a rep. trying to heal up. that’s all for now. hope the ab is good by friday for some front squats and SLDL, among others.
