haven’t posted for a while. did some back and bis the other day. tried to max the dead lift so the back and legs are a little tight today as a result. good pump from the workout. next workout day will probably be wednesday or thursday, depends. want to work some legs. should be good fun, need the back to get a little less sore so that i can squat and not have the back hurt more than the legs. happy new year everyone.

haven’t played with iron for a while and it was good to get back to the gym. planning to max the dead on saturday so i worked some chest, shoulders, triceps today. did some incline bench, military press, and close grip bench. somewhat good weight was moved. came in a little tired today and knew that i wasn’t totally ready at least physically to tackle the normal poundage. had some flank steak and rice for dinner. day off tomorrow, working with some children. that’s all for now. peace

haven’t worked out at a gym for a while now and am getting a little antsy. also its been hard to get the diet right because i’m at home and am not able to cook and prepare the food the way that i need and want to. lost a few pounds so far, hope its fat. that’s all for now. merry christmas to everyone.

not too much today, worked with kids in the morning and then just did some errands/last minute shopping for the rest of the day. planning to max the dead on the 29th. hoping to pull over 400. the body has finally recovered and feels really sharp and well rested.

arrived back home yesterday, got some rest and a good meal in me. don’t have access to a gym for a while so some jiu jitsu and at home rubber band and light db workouts are all i got so far.

yesterday was chest, shoulders, tris, today was legs. good pumps on both days. todays got the quads and hams feeling jacked up. widowmaker on the hack squat/leg press combo machine really did it for me. the calves are also pretty pumped up and feeling good. tomorrow is a day on the plane so i hope that the legs aren’t too sore since that would be horrible if i’m cramped up in a plane. that’s all for now. happy holidays

last test of the day and of the semester is coming up. go home on friday so that means i got a few days to do everything i want to do without having to worry about things. that means the diet is going to be right on point and i can get a few extra cardio sessions in as well. gotta get back in shape for when i go back, don’t want to gas during jiu jitsu and get arm barred or choked out.

fun day today at the gym. shorter workout but solid weight was moving around. did some cable curls, reverse curls, chin pulldowns and one arm rows. solid pump in the back. changed up the rep scheme a little bit, i’m finding out new things about doggcrapp training everyday. going home in a little bit. might lean out the diet a little bit more and throw more fish in there and less meat. doesn’t help when my roommates come back with a carmel apple pie…aaaaahhhhh.

so, i got into the gym, unlike yesterday. worked legs real hard. seated calf raises with a really slow negative (15 seconds at the bottom), sldls and heavy leg presses. solid workout, might have taxed me a little more than necessary due to my weakened state, but i feel as though it was worth it. did a few min of cardio after the workout and some abs (leg lifts and russian twists). tomorrow is bis and back.
