leg day
Wednesday, March 28th, 2007finally feeling better and ran some legs today. was one of the harder leg workouts i’ve had in a while. really focused on squeezing the muscle and trying to get max contraction. tried playing some racquetball about an hour after the workout. went pretty well and was effective in getting the legs to loosen out. anyone ever have this happen to them where they feel as though they can go forward and back really easily but cutting side to side is hard?
