I'm happy you spoke of the people who &amp;amp;#34;pat themselves on the  back for 10 minutes of walking on the treadmil.&amp;amp;#34; I think that's completey half-assed, as you say.

I would like to subject one more: Keep workout and meal journal. (That keeps me motivated and disciplined)

- Listing everything you eat helps you take a critical look at your eating habits. It also helps you to go back and cut or add calories depend on your goal. It is great way to control your protein, carbs and fat intake.

- By keeping a journal of your training sessions (and I am talking about detailed log of your every exercise along with reps, sets and how much weight you lifted) you will have access to valuable info which will help you to determine what works for you the best. You also will be able to see your progress – and that what will keep you motivated</description>
