A Hard Time
Well muscle minions, i have a sad story for you. I got sick as sh*t last sunday night and puked until i busted a blood vessel in my eye. i was runnin a fever of 102 so i know it wasnt food poisoning, had to be viral. Anyway, i havent been right all week and not only have i not been able to workout for a full week but ive also not been able to eat. ive never been so sick. i went back to the gym today and had lost almost 10 pounds! this is terrible because i lost all muscle mass. I've worked so hard and now ive taken several steps backward. its gonna take at least six weeks to get back to 180 and thats still too damn light. im no stranger to diet and workin out but i have a lot of trouble keeping weight on and always have. im goin back monday to get back on my reg schedule but im effin pissed off about how much strength and size ive lost. i still look pretty much like the pic up there but a little more lean and a little less mass. most of it came outta my legs i think but i did lose a half inch on my arms and neck. this effin blows so bad and im having a hard time keeping my motivation up. gimme some encouraging words, someone?
That sucks so bad. I would be pissed too. I bet you'll be back to where you were sooner than you think.

When **** like this happens there is a lesson to be learned. I just don't know what the hell it is some times. Judging by your blog though your one dedicated dude so keep fighting and trying your pics show dedication and thats about 90% of it. I don't feel motivated all the time but I just keep going to the gym and say **** it.. I look better than 95 % of 50 year olds on this planet so **** it I just keep trying..
