Wow so I haven’t been in the gym for a week do to a car wreck. I am okay. I was at a red light waiting to turn left when a car headed the opposite direction blew through the red. Another car hit her and sent her into my truck at about 40mph she hit me at a 45 degree angle my rear view mirror shattered but I got one little cut. I went to the hospital and the doc said no heavy weights. so I asked can I lift light lol. He said no. He said just walking. Well after one week I am going back on Monday Thanks to God I did not get seriously injured but a week off was rough. I think I needed it though I was flirting with overtraining so I will get back to work. I did get to go for some amazing walks though some 2 hour walks those were great.

So My Buddy and I (yes I have a work out partner now) found the the Muscle and fitness Rock hard body challenge. basically reverse pyramids. we just completed the first week and it is killer. It builds every month and builds cardio as well hopefully I break my weight loss hold and get stronger at the same time. also started a semi plyo program as cardio replacement twice a week. Hopefully by the end of the summer I will look a little different

I really appreciate all of the encouragement that everyone has been giving me so far. It really helps. I really enjoy seeing other people reach there goals and I am working hard towards mine. So thanks again.
