I used 7.5 lb leg weights and a 25 lb dumbell with this one. Sit like you’re going to do russian twists. Legs bent slightly and off the ground. Hold the dumbell with both hands, one end of it touching either your chin or upper middle of chest. Twist your torso to the left and bring your left knee up to touch the opposite elbow. Twist to the other side and touch your right knee to your left elbow. That’s one rep. Do these very slowly and make sure to keep your feet off the ground and concentrate the work on your abs and not hip flexors. If just starting out, use less weight on both leg weights and dumbell. About 12 for me started a burn, so sets of about 15-20 would probably work well depending on your level of strength.
