Back injury
Last night I tweaked my lower back doing Barbell wave squats. For those of you that are unfamiliar with that exersize, it is 3 (quarter squats+calf raise)/ 1 (1/2 squat+squat jump)/ 1 (full squat+squat jump). This set is done 6 times to = one set. I was on the 3rs set with 185lbs when I felt my back tweak. It looks like I will have to take a few weeks off for any back exersizes. I will still be working around my injury, doing what lifts I can tolerate.
