CARDIO
I started my cutting diet about 4weeks ago now it is going well i thought i would log my cardio here as there is not really any where to do it in the work out tracker. My cardio has been consisting of 3hit sessions after weights lasting 16mins, 2 walks up a mountain and jogging down other side heart rate at about 140to160, And another hit session on a heavy bag, light walk on rest day,and one jog a week 40mins heart rate 140to160. When i get down to about 206 again i will take some pics and see if there is much difference.
