Jumping Rope (500 skips)
Run 10 minutes (1.25 miles)
4x 10-12 Barbell curls
3 x 21’s
4 x 10-12 Preacher Curls
4 x 10-12 Hammer curls
Run 10 minutes (1.25 miles)
4 x 10-12 Scull Crushers
4 x 10-12 Triceps Dips
4 x 10-12 Triceps Extensions
4 x 10-12 Triceps Pushdowns
Run 10 minutes (1.25 miles)
I switch things up a lot, but this it what I have been for the past two weeks. I only rest 30-45 seconds.
