leg and glut pics finally :)
Today was busy but not really busy. didnt have to do a c section on the golden as she had the pups on her own with the assistance of oxytocin. Surgeries were pretty routine spays and nueters, nothing special. afternoon appointments were constistant, not super busy but always something to do. At the end of the day, i was really debating on whether or not to go workout. i feel very tired and looked it as well apparently as my receptionist looked at me and said, "you look like you could fall asleep right now." and she was right. As i walked to the house i had decided against going to the gym, i was tired, still trying to recover from being sick and it was leg day and i hadnt drank enough water all day so i knew i would be crampy. But i walked into my house and there was the ex cooking dinner for the kids
didnt want to stay, dont understand why he doesnt understand that he is an ex for a reason, i dont want to be around him, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm must be rocket science! Anyway i decided that i was going to the gym, kissed the moncher, changed clothes and headed out, promising to return quickly. I did a 10 minute warmup on the recumbant bike, dang my legs were tight, many of my friends have told me that if i want to get my legs in better shape, i must do squats. Squats really bother my knee that i had ACL replacement on so i decided that maybe it would be a good idea to wear the semi-custom knee brace that i paid $1000 for. i dug it out of the back of the truck and put it on. i did light front squats 95 for 10 reps, 4 sets, then did dead lifts, once again light, 115# 10 reps, 3 sets, hack squats with the sled 120-for 20, 130-15, 150-15, getting tired. was going to do a new excercise that one of my friends told me about but the stuff i need was being used so i did leg curls 70-10, 80-10 x 2. once again not heavy just light, i was pretty much ready to be done after that and got the heck out of there. I will say that the knee brace helped a bunch, knee not sore. yeah. So i came home and since my pics that i used today were a little on the less side i took pics with the outfit that i wore to work out. my usual attire at the gym is a sports bra and yoga pants, nothing special. so since my butt was covered, i took some pics because my butt cheeks are actually starting to pull together and my saddlebags are getting less!
that makes me happy. so here are some pics of my backside for those of you friends who care to see and offer an opinion.
 my goal is to get rid of the saddle bags completely so hopefully in a month or two i will have better ones to post!Â

Legs look nice, my problem is my knees, I need realighnment surgery and screws but I wear my brace need a new one... but anyways, you look nice!

I dont know anything about your X but as close as you are to your kids he prolly just doesnt want them to forget'bout him altogether.

Since i recently escaped from the betty ford clinic for my booty fetish =) i will just drool and not say a word. Bad knees..avoid leg extension machine. My good friend had two acl surgeries and the chargers doctor told him no. You are better with leg press/curl/squats maybe smith machine.How do lunges feel?? I would think that is tougher.
