So it’s been a week…
Well, I started working out this week. I’ve done 3 workouts so far, and went to see the dr. about my knee. Apparently, I’m knock-kneed. LOL.
So, I can’t do deep-squats, jumping, or deep leg presses. He also doesn’t want me to run downhill.
So, on I trek–next Friday I’m getting a work-out plan.

Oh man, that sucks! You could go with the elliptical for cardio and for legs, how about the leg press and leg extensions? Good luck to you!

Well, he wants me to do the bikes on a light resistance (80-90) rev/min and short squats/leg presses. Just not the deep ones-and that’s okay with me
. He said elliptical was fine, too. Thanks for the well wishes
