well i am up to 215lbs.had a hernia operation but recovered.i was walking the equivalent of walking from ocean to ocean and then a circular walk.

what effects would there be if i ate horse chow?bigger than i was before.too powerful to manage.like eating horse chow.but beware more gain is more eats needed thus more money spent on meals and calories .is eating horse foods mean i have to eat more calories like the caloric intake of a horse.

daily cycling

have been cycling for a half of an hour a day with the nephew.legs get heated from that.going to keep arecord of things like body temperature and stress measurement

i still think about doing weightlifting with the nearest thing i can find.auto parts press and lift.

something wild.

i have eaten dog food and cat food and seem to be in good shape.i m more alert and seem to have cat like senses true no kidding. i should have a doctor to look me over to find problems with my reactions.the good thing is the food seems to keep me happy,”happy cat” and “tender vittles”.if i do something a human wouldn’t i’d lock myself up in my room.

one bar weightlifting

with bar in  hand place 10 lbs of weight to the left of the right hand and 5 lbs weight on the right of the hand.

but before doing any weight lifting limber up to 5 minutes then stress the muscles.

found a book all about stress and how it helps grow muscle.
