Odd Foot Thing…
Okay, here’s a new problem…well not a problem really. More of an annoyance. My right foot feels funny a lot lately - almost like it’s cramped and I can’t flatten it out. It’s tough to describe, but it just doesn’t feel right. Maybe I need new shoes or it’s the plantar fascia acting up again. It’s not effecting my walking or anything but it’s a new sensation. I’ll keep track of it and if it continues mention it to the doctor next time I’m in…oh, well.

I had something like this, and I have a solution which I got from a trigger point therapy book. Maybe this would work for you.
Get a lacrosse ball and roll it under your foot, applying a fair bit of pressure. The book said it shouldn’t hurt to do this. It KILLED me. I did it religiously, several times a day, for a couple of weeks and now it doesn’t hurt at all to do it. AND my foot feels a hell of a lot better now.
