An Experiment - Day 7 (Finished)
Last day of my daily weigh ins. Oddly enough, probably the least difference of any day this week as my weight was exactly the same and the bodyfat was down by 0.1%. So the differences were really negligible today.
What have I learned from this exercise?
1. My bodyweight and bodyfat do not change much day to day.
2. No sense in checking my weight each day as the differences are so small that to see real change, and thus avoid disappointment, takes several days at least.
3. If I don’t see more than 2 lbs per week change I’m probably not really losing or gaining weight but maintaining the status quo.
So, back to the weekly weigh ins! Thanks for playing along at home everyone - I have lovely parting gifts for all contestants (me - lol)!

I admit it. I obsessively weigh myself each morning and record it here… I know it’s silly, but there it is. I am fairly suspicious of those body-fat meters BTW. They seem fairly inconsistent.
