Deadlifts and More…
Wednesday, November 28th, 2007I don’t know if it’s because it’s getting colder or what, but I just seem to ache all over these past few days. It’s not enough to keep me out of the gym, but it’s still annoying.
I tried to stay very serious with my deadlifts tonight (didn’t make the gym yesterday so I’m did Tuesdays workout today) but have decided I might be doing them wrong as I started to really feel it in my lower back. I’ll use a little less weight next time a concentrate on form. As we all know, deadlifts are great for packing on the muscle - but they don’t work well if you hurt yourself while doing them!
