Well, the rec center that I work out at is about to close for two weeks for their annual maintenance which means I’ll be focusing on working out at home - which is tough since home is where my old nemeses (nemesi?) live - the couch, the television, and the worst of all - the refrigerator! Okay, I’ve actually rid the refrigerator (and the pantry shelves) of all the bad stuff and restocked with fruits, veggies, and plenty of lean protein. My television is also near my exercise bike and the couch is really ugly. Plus I have a fairly complete weight set and bench at home (from back in the day when I was benching the big weights - a typical cut rate bench from the local discount store couldn’t support me, the olympic bar, and all six of the 45 lb plates so I invested in a sturdier model) so it’s time to dust everything off and stay busy for the next couple of weeks. Gotta keep gaining and not slipping back into the old habits.
