Changing it Up
Wednesday, March 28th, 2007Started a new routine this week - going to try a five day split using low reps and high weights. I’m a little concerned about overtraining, but let’s see what happens.
I’m a little discouraged and confused as my weight has been on the rise the past few weeks for no real reason that I can figure. But, this past week several people have commented on how "thin" I am looking. Not sure what’s going on - but I don’t think it’s new muscle that is making me look trim. I’ll have to see what the next couple of weeks bring.
