Getting Serious Again
Friday, December 29th, 2006Well, like so many others will be doing with the start of the New Year, I’ve decided that it’s time to rededicate myself to my workout and hopefully, keeping a blog will be a good motivational tool (we’ll see).
I’ve been particularly unmotivated of late it seems and though I’ve been able to maintain and even lose some bodyfat over the past couple of months my workouts have been erratic at best for no good reason. So, it’s time to set a couple of quick goals - 1) bodyfat back below 18% by the end of January, 2) bench back up to 250 lbs for reps by the end of February, and 3) arms back over 17 inches by the end of March. All these goals, though general, should be obtainable.
