I’m broke
I finally went to the knee specialist to get checked out. I had surgery back in 01 and the knee has been feeling nasty. The doc says no more running for 30 days and then I have to be looked at again. She said I have PFS and Arthrites of the knee. I also have to strengthen the outside and inside of the hips during my 30 days. Does anyone have any good workouts for this?

Not sure as far as any workouts but just wanted to say hang in there buddy. Things will work out. From what i have noticed from your progress and workouts your pretty much a determined and hard worker. So just hang in there and hey just throwing it out there if you need any thing just let me know……

I just want to tell you that I can completely relate! I have major problem knees and most of the time try to just push through it- though it really does suck! I see my Rheumatologist tomorrow because now they are affecting my workouts… glad you got looked at- hope you can "fix" yourself! Good luck!
