I had to run my Physical Fitness Test today. It consist of a 3 mile run, pull-ups and max crunches in 2 mins. Well, I ate out last night at the local Mexican joint and had a few beers to drink. Not a good idea. I did my max of 20 pull-ups, and got 100 crunches in 49 seconds. Now when it came to the run, it was a different story. I thought for sure I was going to bite the dust. I ran a 22:35, 3 mile. Not to fast but, it was dramatic. I felt a heat stroke in the making. I will not drink that much again when I know it is going to be 80 degrees with 100% humidity at 7am. Water not beer is my lesson learned(again).
