Belated happy birthday. Turning 40 really isn't the life-changing moment that you expect it to be, is it?

So I'm going to reply to this one blog of yours, like, 82 frigging times. heh :)

I reviewed or reassessed my hatred for the Workout Tracker. I transfered all my workouts to the Tracker and find that I don't mind it at all now that I can navigate it more confidently.

It stil doesn't have a spot for cardio and a few other things - like notes within a workout or easy editing, imo - but it's pretty cool otherwise.

Did they fix the 999 pound max?

I'm maintaining both my workout journal and the BodySpace Workout Tracker.

It's a long weekend. Have off Monday, so that's always nice.

TGiving was great. Family and food, but - and I"m complaining about this ALL OVER BODYSPACE - the size, the pathetic size of the piece of pumpkin pie that I got from that waitress? It's just a crime.

Ten members of my family joined for Thanksgiving at a local restaurant. Great homestyle cooking but LESS than satisfactory pie size. ;)

How was your Thanksgiving, Doc?

Hey, it deleted my post, but posted the one above! (Or izzit below?) Dammit.

Luckily (or not, depending on perspective, I guess), I did a "Back" and found the post. Weird.

Anyway...

I used the workout tracker once, but stick to my regular BodySpace workout journal that I started a bit ago.

And just started a new "challenge" forum, too.

The new workout tracker didn't seem to have a location for cardio, so I dropped it. Also, I'm fond of the current journal I have and, hey, call me Mr. Fuddy Duddy, but I didn't want to change. :)

Kudos on the 1000-plus LP. I've put four 45's on each side in the past, but that's, what, 405 at the most. Dunno what the sled weighs - maybe 45 (or less). Nowhere near a thousand, though!

Have a great weekend!
