Dang upper respiratory infection. Missed the gym yesterday and today. Sore throat is pretty minimal right now, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed re: tomorrow.

Today’s workout added. Yesterday’s workout absolutely SUCKED. Today’s was somewhat better. Not quite as focused as I’d like, tho. I need to be pushing some heavier weights, particularly for my chest, but my L shoulder is bothering me and it’s impeding my progress. Argh.
