Since you are just starting to get into this, it's hard to critique or applaud at this point in time.  However, your base physique looks like a good start so far!  I can't wait to see how you progress over time; it helps me keep motivated to push myself hard also.  Just make sure you do any basics that you can and to hit it hard.  (Squats, BB bench, Deadlifts, BB curls, skullcrushers, etc.)  Work on the compound movements to help you gain more mass initially.  If you have any additional questions, I'm here to help in any way I can.  

PS.  Don't worry about weak points, everyone has them.  I have plenty of weak points I'm working on perfecting right now and the work is NEVER done.  Haha!
