New Progress Pics and Thread
I just posted new progress pics and thread . These pics are about 1 month into regular training. 3x’s week weights 2x’s a week HIT cardio. I hit my diet solid about 80% of the time and workouts 80% of the time. That is I have a fair number of cheat days and meals as I have adjusted to the lifestyle of clean eating and lifting.
Also my pics show my posture way off. That is because I started lifting to rehab my legs (and went for the whole body along the way). The legs are still very athropied and so my posture is messed up . I did the best I could in these photos and I hope the posture improves with time.
Feel free to comment critique, positive and negative, encourage advise. To me I feel like my body is lousy so I really have no idea what parts of me look ok and what parts are in need of change . I just thought I would overhaul the whole thing. An honest outside assessment would help me look at myself fairly . …. What good and whats not, and how can I improve .

Aesthetics are just perception. You will never please a full spectrum! (Rhymes unintentionally)
Like I said aesthetics are just perception, & so is my & others opinions
Why would you want negative feedback?
Dont be grounded by the excess emotional baggage people wish 2 upload. Leave it all at their feet!

Marc,
Since you are just starting to get into this, it’s hard to critique or applaud at this point in time. However, your base physique looks like a good start so far! I can’t wait to see how you progress over time; it helps me keep motivated to push myself hard also. Just make sure you do any basics that you can and to hit it hard. (Squats, BB bench, Deadlifts, BB curls, skullcrushers, etc.) Work on the compound movements to help you gain more mass initially. If you have any additional questions, I’m here to help in any way I can.
PS. Don’t worry about weak points, everyone has them. I have plenty of weak points I’m working on perfecting right now and the work is NEVER done. Haha!
Good luck,
Brian
