Training Update
I started my new routines from Monday and basically my workouts lasts about 45mins to 55mins max . I have lowered the reps a little about 8 - 10 and up the intensity but really focusing on each rep and trying to keep the tension on the muscle throughout the set. The pumps I get are surprising since my total volume isĀ an average of 12 sets between two body parts with about 15sets for legs. I did some heavy deads on back day which was yesterday and I did 445lbs for 1rep and I haven’t done heavy deads for nearly 3 months. I usually use 45 plates for deads but I used 50 plates instead so the lift had a longer range of motion and was more difficult but it was still easy for me. I’m looking forward to see how this new routine will affect my body.
