The Tranformation has begun
I have started a new training program and its going good so far. My rep range has extend to 12 per set and my rest period have decrease to around 20 to 30 secs and up to a minute for legs. My sets are 4 per body part;this work is is fast pace and I’m out of the gym in less than an hour, however, it takes a lot from my body so I need adequate rest and sound nutrition now more than ever. I’m looking forward to see how my body will transform in a couple months and I will continue to update my progress. This is a sample of my back routine…. 50pulls ups..as much sets as it takes…barbell bent-over rows - 4sets/12 reps/30sec rest…deadlifts-wide grip…3 sets/12reps/30secs to a min…dumbell rows…3sets/6reps/alternate hands without rest and reverse pull-downs/12reps superset with wide-grip pulldowns till failure/30sec rest and end workout with 25 t0 50 more pull ups.
