					<description>well there r some of us who CAN'T run anymore...due to our knees...but believe u me in my heart I wanna b a runner...and am actually jealous when I see those embarking on maddd physical changes AND are able to use running as one of the avenues to get there...so don't b too hard on us WALKERS...but I will admit I walk @ 14% incline...does that make me less of a loser by chance???</description>
