I Hate Sickness

Last week sicked. I came down with a cold and didn’t go to gym for the whole week. I ate really bad and feel like shit. This week is going to be very hard but after the junk I ate. It’s time to burn it off.

Cardio Update

Worried Talk Yesterday

Yesterday after finishing my workout and leaving the gym. I was approached by young women around college age. She asked me why I work so hard and intensely in my workouts and in cardio. I had no real answer but because I it makes no senses to come to the gym and not. She then told me that I motive her to work harder watching me work so hard.

Walkers

I hate the people in my Gym that walk on the treadmills. The only people that should walk on the treadmills are men and women over the age of 60.

New Cardio Routine

Wednesday, January 14th, 2009

1) Done under a “Fasted State” either in the morning or 5 hours after eating
2) Take 200mg caffeine 30 minutes before your workout
3) 5-10 minutes of a low intensity warmup
4) 10 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training
5) Rest for 5 minutes to allow fatty acids to be released into the bloodstream
6) 20-40 minutes of Steady State Cardio done at medium to low intensity. This is what is going to use those released fatty acids for fuel!
7) Wait one hour and then eat

Morning Workouts

Last week started working out in the mornings before work. My motivation was a comment by a stranger at my gym. I was getting changed and he said "Hey you lost of alot weight". Then he told me that the joke around the gym was I was chubby. Which was true!!! So I was the joke around the gym? I didn’t know I had some many people watching me. Now it’s time to cut down to 185- 190 lbs.

I am going crazy? Please go look at my progress pictures and ask yourself if this person has a few clues about how to lose body weight. My girlfriend is going to see a nutrients about how to eat and lose weight. Interesting, in the last three years I lost about 100 lbs at the high end. Why not just ask me what to do? Why not just ask me what to eat and how to exercise to lose the weight faster then I did. I’ve been thru a trail error phase so I can speed up her progress. This is getting out of control I don’t what to think anymore. After 100 lbs I though I would get a little respect.

Treadmill Speed and Distance
