I hate the people in my Gym that walk on the treadmills. The only people that should walk on the treadmills are men and women over the age of 60.

These are the same people who probably drove to the gym, walked for an hour and then drove home.

well there r some of us who CAN’T run anymore…due to our knees…but believe u me in my heart I wanna b a runner…and am actually jealous when I see those embarking on maddd physical changes AND are able to use running as one of the avenues to get there…so don’t b too hard on us WALKERS…but I will admit I walk @ 14% incline…does that make me less of a loser by chance???
