**** it. I did about a hour and a half of cardio tonight. I don’t even care anymore.
Would like a little help. My current diet is chicken breast, Lamb, tuna, chick pea, broccoli, apples, egg beaters, multi grain cereals. What should I take out to help me lose the last 25 lbs.
