Problem Areas

Trying to target problem areas on my body.  Lower Back fat, Under arm Fat, Inner Thigh Fat.  What can I do to make some changes in theses area?  Any help would be great.

In Plateau Hell Again

Hi, Can anyone help with any suggestion.  I am in plateau mode for the past two weeks.  I gain a little weight but it may be do to the glutmine I started taking last week.  Here is my sample diet

Breakfast - Oatmeal, Whey Protein, glutmine, tbsp of Peanut butter, Flax seed oil, Fish oil, Multi-vitamins, vitamin C, E, Green tea extracts, digestive enzymes

snack - Small can of tuna, digestive enzymes
Lunch -  Chicken breast or salmon, spinach or broccoli or squash, flax seed oil, Green tea extracts, digestive enzymes

snack - small can of tuna, digestive enzymes

Dinner - Fish or salmon, spinch or broccoli or squash, tbsp of Peanut butter, flax seend oil, fish oil, green tea extracts, digestive enzymes

Before Bed - Glutmine

Weirdo with no Bun and Rice

Today at my work cafeteria and ordering  a chicken dinner with rice and  mixed vegetables.   I told the server to put one small spoon of rice in my container instead of three big ones. Another server starts talking for no reason. "He watching his diet".   I took my food and walked off.  I am so sorry for not wanting to feel sleepy later in the day looking at this stupid computer.  Guessing from her spare tires she hasn’t watched anything.  I am not perfect but don’t make me feel like a weirdo because I am not packing food into my mouth.
