At school right now. I just finished all my access projects and I should go ahead and move on to powerpoint because I’ve still got like 45 minutes left until I’m going to hit the gym tonight, but I’m annoyed with all this mindless work so I’m taking a break to write all my stuff out for the day.
Today was my second day in a row off from work and I really didn’t know what to do with myself. I let myself sleep in until around 10:30. This morning was kind of funny because all today I have only craved protein type foods, which is a HUGE change from the norm because usually I crave carbs like crazy. So I think this is a good thing. I had some egg whites, cottage cheese, and whey protein for breakfast. Took Charlie up to the dog park again. Nobody was there.. it was a kind of cold windy day and the lake water was coming in like crazy. Charlie only got in about an inch of water, I think the waves were freaking him out a little bit. Still kept telling him he was a good boy because I really want him to get out there and swim. Swimming is such awesome exercise for older dogs. Ran him by the old job and gave him a bath that he really needed after the past 2 days at the dog park. Tomorrow is the first day I am bringing him to my new job, I’m excited! It will be fun Came home and had some more egg whites, oatmeal, and pickles. Then had to turn around and get up to school. It’s not good that I have only eaten twice today, but I’m having so much fun with my day off, I haven’t even stopped to think about it! Going to go get some powerpoint stuff done and head to the gym. Arms tonight. And definitely some more protein when I get home. Might grill up some buffalo burgers, yay!

Oh my goodness I was in the weirdest mood today haha. And apparently I lost half my hearing while at the gym tonight, good times, riiight. Anywho.. I got lazy about writing blogs this past weekend. Back at it today!
Uhh let’s see. As far as eating I think I did pretty well today. I had some cinnamon/splenda oatmeal and some whey protein for breakfast. Had to go take my first part of the sheriff deputy testing which lasted several hours, my stomach started getting pretty loud. Came home and grilled up a DELICIOUS buffalo sirloin steak and a sweet potato *drool*. That was awesome. I shared some with the cat and dog and they were thrilled too. Then took Charlie to the dog park for 4 hours and he finally went into the lake on his own! I was a proud dog mommy hehe. Came home and had some chicken breast, boiled eggs, and pickles (love those pickles). Did legs/abs at the gym tonight, Great workout! Got home and wolfed down a few egg whites and then a few minutes ago had some cottage cheese. I think I ate quite awesomely today
And since I am doing so much good stuff for my body, I decided to switch things around with my dog and cat too. Also helps that I now work at the most awesome pet health food store ever. They will eventually be switched over to totally raw diets. Currently in the transition phase. Which involves working them into an all canned food diet first and then slowly switching to the raw. So far so good, they are LOVING the super high quality canned foods. Good stuff.. fish, beef, chicken (no chicken for Charlie though, he’s allergic), venison, rabbit, buffalo, etc. Making them be more active too. Charlie will be visiting the dog park more often. And have been getting Norah out of the apartment too (yes, my cat is trained to walk on a leash haha, what do you expect from an animal trainer’s cat). Alright, I’m done rambling.. sleep time! <3

Alright so yesterday was good yet crappy at work. Good because I do love my job and the people there are awesome. Crappy because it was my first time working a second shift and then topping it straight off with a first shift now. Bleh, I did not get enough sleep last night! I’ll wake up eventually this morning, hah.
Ok, so let me just say that I am so glad I moved my blogs over to here from myspace. Everybody is so supportive and positive One of my best girl friends posted a comment on one of the last blogs I had written on myspace where I had written about how clean I’m eating and such. And she wrote this post about all these "bad foods" that she KNOWS I love. It was annoying. Anyway!
On to my clean eating Yesterday morning, the usual breakfast of go lean and protein powder. Got in another meal before I went to work, of chicken, the last of my angel hair pasta (yay, happy to get that out of the house ), and some pickles. Are pickles bad, good, don’t matter??? Grabbed a quick break at work and wolfed some cottage cheese and chicken. Actually sat down for a break later on and had more chicken, cottage cheese, and an apple. Was too tired to eat when I got home from work. Got up this morning and had the usual breakfast. Would shake it up with some oatmeal, but I’m out of Splenda! I really need to hit the grocery store this weekend.
Didn’t end up hitting the gym yesterday morning. I knew I wouldn’t haha. But I am bringing a change of clothes and such to work today so I can just go straight from there. And I know I’ll definitely do it because I’m going to push really hard on legs tonight and I’ll be sore, but need to be not sore when I do them again with my trainer on Tuesday night. So tonight is my only option!

Alright let’s see.. left off with having to go to school. I took a protein shake with me there and downed that around 7pm. Computer class was boring as always. Can’t wait until summer quarter when I actually start taking law enforcement classes! Got home around 8:30 and got to hang out with my friend Kris for a while who I haven’t seen in a couple months, so that was cool. Had some chicken around 10:30pm. Not much else going on. Doing legs either tomorrow morning or Friday night.. really depends on when I wake up tomorrow if I have time before work. Otherwise I won’t have time until Friday night. But I’m also going out Friday night so that will most likely make me push it off even farther. Alright, I need to actually set my alarm and make it to the gym tomorrow morning! More later…

Alright, so I had been blogging all my workout and eating stuff on myspace, but this will be much better now. Let’s see.. let me write about yesterday first and then I will write about today later tonight.
Yeah, so, personal training ruled last night. Added some extra sets to some of my weight exercises and loving that I am more sore because of it now. Soreness rules, well, except for that just started working out again, oh my god I think I’m dying soreness haha. But thankfully I am past that again! So, we did arms last night and well, I’m kicking some ass. That is all about that.
Food.. let’s see if I can actually remember what I ate yesterday. Work was a little crazy at times, love it, but that usually means a day later I can’t remember half of what happened. I had the usual protein powder and go lean cereal for breakfast. A few hours later I was able to take a quick break and wolf down some cottage cheese. When I actually took my lunch mid afternoon I had the rest of the cottage cheese, an apple, yogurt, and some chicken breast. Got home.. trying really hard to remember what the heck I had for dinner. Wow, hmm. I know I had green beans. I vaguely remember chicken.. I feel like I had something else, but I can’t remember at all. Haha that’s sad. Then worked out (arms and cardio) from 8 to around 9:30. I was supposed to eat something when I came home, but laid down with an awesome book, totally forgot, and passed out sometime around midnight. Oops!
Today let’s see. Got up at 10, yay for a day off work. Got extremely distracted cleaning up around the apartment, didn’t actually eat anything until 12:30. Had my protein powder, go lean, and some chicken. I swear I am obsessed with those little cans of chicken breast in water haha. A couple months ago I would have thought that was so gross, but they are like the best thing ever now. Who’d have thought? And then about 15 minutes ago I had some more chicken and green beans and well, some au gratin potatoes (yeah yeah I should not have had that but I’ve been trying to eat what’s left of bad food in the apartment, and that was the last of those, so no more!!) Thankfully I am now down to just healthy food, so things should be really good from now on. I was even quite proud of myself this morning while I was cleaning I poured out what was left of the mountain dew cans I still had in my fridge. It’s funny how my food tastes are changing so much. I tried to drink some pop the other day and it grossed me out big time. Yay!
Ok, I need to actually get down to school now and finish some work that is due in my stupid computer class tonight. I hate this class, it’s so easy, so it’s just time consuming work that I have to do for my degree. Lame!
