Starting to get back into it
Friday, September 5th, 2008Ive basically taken the last couple months off from working out and eating right. Sadly ive gained 10lbs of crap. after coming home from iraq and i had my son to take care of and busy remodeling my house and just being busy as heck. ive finally cleaned out our now spare bedroom and made half of it into my own gym. I have everything except a cardio machine (need to get one for winter) I want to "Bulk" up all winter.
I was hoping anybody out there who has had much sucess with bulking up could give me some good advice. I lost over 60lbs when i was in Iraq, I’m at 174lbs right now but my BF% is ugly. Should I be bulking or cutting? I just think cutting for me will be hard right now. after loosing all that weight in the past few months i just dont like the size im at.
Any Thoughts???
