Ive basically taken the last couple months off from working out and eating right. Sadly ive gained 10lbs of crap. after coming home from iraq and i had my son to take care of and busy remodeling my house and just being busy as heck. ive finally cleaned out our now spare bedroom and made half of it into my own gym. I have everything except a cardio machine (need to get one for winter) I want to "Bulk" up all winter.
I was hoping anybody out there who has had much sucess with bulking up could give me some good advice. I lost over 60lbs when i was in Iraq, I’m at 174lbs right now but my BF% is ugly. Should I be bulking or cutting? I just think cutting for me will be hard right now. after loosing all that weight in the past few months i just dont like the size im at.
Any Thoughts???

Waking up is the easy part of my day. I get up every morning at 3 am to grab ahold of my cell phone. I lie in bed and wait for my Wife to call me. She calls anywhere between 3am and 5am My time(8pm-10pm) her time. With out hearing her voice, I can’t seem to Motivate myself to actually get out of bed and go to the gym. So there are occosinal days when she might not call; ie: fell asleep early( going on 34 weeks pregnant now) but other then that, She is my Motivation, I owe everything to her.
So today, I talked to her ofcourse! Signed in at the gym at 0440 hrs and worked out on Chest, Tri’s and Cardio. Its going to be a loooooong day for me here at work today, I’m all alone. So My 12 hour work day is just begining. plus I have to try to get back to the gym 1-2 more times today. Hopefully I can at least 1 more time.

I’m going to start Cutting on Wed. for 1 month. Can anybody help me how what to do, what not to do, and how to main tain a cutting session for 1 month period of time.

I have 1 question, If you work out twice a day like I do. Morning and Evening. Why can’t I place two workouts in 1 calaender day on the new workout tracker?
