It was suppose to be a 400m Run instead but cause it was raining and pitch dark outside we didn’t think it would be all that safe to attempt. Would have much rather ran it though. I hate rowing!

Then girls, be my guest and try the workout one week with a row and then the next with a run. I’m 99.9% sure you’ll prefer the run even if you don’t like running.
