WOW, did this WOD suck. My legs hurt sooooo good during the first part of this WOD. Made doing ring dips fun when I started to fatigue and couldnt kip cause my legs felt like a ton each. My arms were definitely shaking afterwards as well finishing this grinder up. It was a nice SWOLL feeling afterwards.
