Surprising Energy!
Monday, May 12th, 2008I was shocked at how much energy I had yesterday evening after getting off work to do my workout. I had only got like 5 hours of sleep, was up since 4am and had a VERY busy day. But I managed to do two great workouts and beat my old workout time as well.
Workout #1
*1 Minute at each*
Push press @85lbs
Box jumps @24"
Ball slams w/ 20lb Medball
Dumbell swings w/ 50lb DB
Rest
Dumbell thrusters w/ 45lb DBs
Burpees
1 arm clean & press w/ 35lb DB
Up and overs
Workout #2
For time:
100feet Walking Lunges
50x Air Squats
25x Back Extensions
Time: 9:35(personal best)
