Surprising Energy!

I was shocked at how much energy I had yesterday evening after getting off work to do my workout. I had only got like 5 hours of sleep, was up since 4am and had a VERY busy day. But I managed to do two great workouts and beat my old workout time as well.

 Workout #1

*1 Minute at each*
Push press @85lbs
Box jumps @24"
Ball slams w/ 20lb Medball
Dumbell swings w/ 50lb DB
Rest
Dumbell thrusters w/ 45lb DBs
Burpees
1 arm clean & press w/ 35lb DB
Up and overs

 Workout #2

For time:

100feet Walking Lunges

50x Air Squats

25x Back Extensions

Time:  9:35(personal best)

Jack Bauer I HATE you!!!

Workout for today was titled "Jack Bauer" from the show 24. Hope reading this doesn’t make you want to puke like it almost made me today.

"Jack Bauer"

For time: (no rest between acts either)

Act I

24x Box Jumps @ 24"

24x Push-ups

24x Wall Ball Shots

24x Ring Push-ups

200m Sprint

24x Dumbell Swings w/ 50lbs

24x DB Squat Cleans w/ 45lb DBs

24x Push Press @ 95lbs

24x Walking lunges(24 ea. leg)

200m Sprint

Act II

24x Burpees

24x Thrusters @ 95lbs

24x Jumping Pullups

24x Glute/Ham Developer Situps

200m Sprint

24x Handstand Pushups

24x One arm DB Snatches w/ 50lb DB (12 ea. arm)

24x Overhead Squats w/ 45lb BB

24x Man Makers w/ 25lb DBs

200m Sprint

Act III

24x Ball Slams w/ 20lb Medball

24x Ring Dips

24x Pistols(one legged squats)

24x Situps

200m Sprint

24x Sumo Deadlift High Pull w/ 70lbs

24x Knees to Elbows

24 Calorie burn on Rower

24x Double Unders

140lb Famers Carry x 200m

Yeah, nearly puked and passed out from this one. Totally hit a wall half way through the thired act. Couldn’t finish the workout! Got to KTEs and had to stop from fear of blacking out!

Will try this one again next month probably. Wish me luck!

Oh and totally forgot to stop my timer so I have no clue what I got on this workout.
