Damn weight

Ok so I got on the scale today and im at 194. I think I need to stick with taping me cause I do cardio for 30 mins mon, wed, fri and for 60 mins on tues thurs and sat and im not losing weight. Its frustrating. But keep on keepin on

First week done

Ok so my first week of gettin my workouts on track and my diet rolling went great. I lost some weight and people have told me they see a change. I think at the end of the month I’ll post an update pic.

So today i did back and biceps. It was a good workout. One of the powerlifter guys came over and told me im doing good. I had good form and was looking like im improving. So its good to hear that. Thanks Devil Dog for the positive words. My diet is starting to be on now. Im doing recipes from here and the Abs Diet and other good websites. Im on my way

Getting serious

So today I hit the gym hard. Couldnt do cardio as hard as I wanted since I was running up and down hills last week and the legs are still sore and scrapped up. But I did get 20 good mins of cardio. So now I just got to get my diet right.
