I’m just saying…
Frustration seems to be abundant in this hobby called bodybuilding. I mean there are 80 million things to do and remember in order for someone to achieve "that physique". Well, they exponentially decreases if you have lots of money to buy many supplements. But, man over the past few months I have just been struggling on gaining weight and maintaining muscle. It seems as if I have been able to balance this out okay. But, man food has been getting the best of me…stress makes your body go into the conservation mode where just look terrible, and my time is becoming more and more limited….therfore not allowing me to hit the gym as much.
The real question is how much of this I am going to let hold me back? That is to be determined….knowing my past I’m better than that…I’m just saying…I know most of you all are and I’m trying to be like most of you all.

Hang in there! It will all work out. I recommend trying some meditation methods or breathing methods to help deal with the stress. Good luck! And know that you are not alone!

Everything comes and goes in waves. Just "weather the storm" and things will be better before you know it.
