Size Me
Well, the summer is almost coming to an end. And this in now a time for me to get me size on…so over the next few months..I’ll be trying to size me…or bring my size up. Here’s what I got so far…please tell me what I need to change:
- Protein intake: 230g proteins per day
- Be sure to take a multi-vitamin everyday
- Reduce cardio to about 1 day a week instead of 3 days cardio and 3 days of lifting
- Be sure to take some glutamine after my workouts with my protein shake.
- Try to stay away from all of this good ‘ole soul food that I love so much.
- Give up candy for lent this upcoming year.
- Attempt to hit heavier weights for a period of at least 6 weeks and then go back to doing light weights for reps.
As usual, I am doing some random plan for the massive amounts of information I have been reading on the net…so let me know anything that may be helpful. Happy lifting!

"Try to stay away from all of this good ‘ole soul food that I love so much." Dude, if you’re trying to put on size that sounds almost counterintuitive. I mean, I know a lot of the stuff is unhealthy and fattening but I don’t understand how fried chicken and mac & cheese could stop you from putting on any size.
LOL … don’t listen to the above. I moved FAR away from where I could find that stuff at just for that very reason. The demon would be like "You know this is a good post workout meal. Dig in!!" and before I realize it, I’m on the banana pudding for dessert.
