My ass hurts….
Soo….how many of you clicked on this journal thinking I was going to say something besides I had a killer leg and glute workout??? Awww..if you did….shame on you.
So yea, I went to the gym…put on some major weight….did some super sets…sweated up a storm and got the hello out.Today, I feel the workout from yesterday…yikes!!!!
