Success without supplements…at least a bunch of them
Yea, I’m up this morning blogging on bodyspace because I can’t make up my mind to hit the gym now….or later. It probably will be later.Anyhow, this morning I was thinking about how when I first began this journey I would have a new supplement almost every month in my apartment. I would faithfully take it…hoping that it would be the miracle drug I needed to make me stronger and faster. In some cases….it worked! In many others…it didn’t.
The truth is that I unfortunately relied to much on the drug and not my own will.So here we are about five years later and after several "Request friend" actions, reading blogs, reading pm’s on the internet and a personal economy that down turned about three years ago….I have a totally different change of mind.
Today, I am seeing great results with the basics of supplements mainly protein and a good multi-vitamin. Today, I rely on my own will power of getting to the gym and eating healthier than before. Although my results are not as fast as I would like for them to be….at least they have come more on my own accord and not because of chemical reaction of several supplements in my body.
Personal thoughts…now…it’s time to get do a little studying before going to work. Peace!

You’re right. there’s something to be said for hard work. I limit the amount of supps I’m on to 2… 3 three at the most. Protein, Creatine, and maybe an energy drink.

Hell yeah! Thats all Im taking right now too. So far, I think I’ve been better off on just these 2 as well, but contemplating on introducing another here, but Im really reading up on it to see if its worth it or to just stick with the protein and multivitamin. Rock on dude.
