Perdon…gym etiquette #13
Excuse me Mr."When I grow up I wanna be a personal trainer.".Please don’t do your friends a dis-service by having them go around the gym doing every single bicep and tricep workout their is in the book of bodybuilding and can you all leave the gym and take a break? I’ve been in here for an hour and you all were in I walked in and took my time to change clothes and were still there after I walked back to the locker room and took more time to sit in the sauna and then change clothes. Woooowwwwwww….so Mr.Personal trainer, who has been training different women in the gym (Can we say illegal?), can you please inform all of your buddies of the disadvantages of working out that long? Ohhh…probably not because you are encouraging bad behavior and form by grunting….. and talking to your friend on the smith machine….all while using bad form on some skull crushers!!!!
Not really a rant, although it sounds like it. I just feel bad for the poor souls! LOL!!!!

I like my gym & it’s convenient. But I have never been impressed with most of the PT’s. Most are very young (no offense) & at least 1/2 of them have some pudge.
Now if I was going to pay for a PT….1) At 47, I don’t want a 20 yr old telling me what to do. I want someone who has proven to be in shape, & stay in shape, for many yrs as an adult. Not someone who isn’t overweight simply due to a 20 yr old metabolism…..2) Why would I pay a PT who isn’t buff? They don’t have to be gargantuan huge, but at least have some muscles & a pretty lean frame. Then there might be some credibility.
There…….I feel better too.
